Senior Cyber Underwriter

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new business and renewals in accordance with underwriting guidelines, budget, and local business plans
• Manage and develop the existing Cyber insurance portfolio across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Romania
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, focusing on SGB, BIG 3, and Cornerstone segments
• Deliver professional presentations to business partners and support complex business negotiations
• Maintain accurate files, monitor existing policies, and ensure internal systems are kept up to date
• Ensure compliance with service standards regarding quotations, renewal terms, and mid-term amendments
• Support Multinational Programs related to the Cyber line of business
• Review marketing materials and collaborate with the Cyber Manager to update policy wordings

Requirements

• University degree
• 2–3 years of experience within the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of Financial Lines or Cyber products, the insurance market, and competitors
• Proven experience working directly with brokers and clients
• Fluency in both Czech and English
• Ability to make independent decisions and work on your own initiative
