Responsibilities

• Manage and grow At-bay’s core wholesale broker base and GWP
• Closely manage and monitor an SMB book of business to ensure financial targets are met
• Propose and negotiate price, coverage, and terms for insurance policies
• Solicit and analyze risk within At-bay’s guidelines and ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate with cyber analytics, product, and marketing teams
• Work with technology and data teams to create tools to enhance the underwriting process

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as an underwriter in cyber liability, Tech E&O, Media E&O, or specialty commercial insurance
• Solid knowledge of specialty commercial underwriting and insurance industry practices
• Strong technology affinity and ability to work with advanced analytics software
• Technical background knowledge of DNS, IP addresses, ports, databases, and networking concepts
