Responsibilities

• Translate regulations like ISO 27001, NIS2, and KRITIS into concrete, prioritized technical tasks
• Assess the tech stack across Azure, Entra ID, M365, Intune, Defender XDR, AKS, and Terraform for security gaps
• Develop and automate SIEM and SOAR solutions in collaboration with the SOC
• Respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents to prevent future occurrences
• Leverage AI tools to automate evidence collection and speed up gap analysis
• Drive remediation efforts by coordinating with technical owners and verifying fixes
• Act as a bridge between compliance requirements and engineering teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or technical compliance in a cloud-first environment
• Technical fluency in Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Defender
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, IaC, Terraform, CI/CD, and APIs
• Experience with security automation tools (SAST, SCA, DAST, CNAPP, CWPP)
• Knowledge of ISO 27001:2022, NIS2/BSIG, and KRITIS
• Ability to use AI tools for compliance and security operations
• Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of BSI-Grundschutz or BSI C5
• Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CISM, CRISC, AZ-500, SC-100, GCIH, or OSIR
• German language skills
