Senior Cyber Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define how the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform handles complex global requirements, including multi-tenant deployments and localized data residency laws like GDPR.
• Lead the definition of global Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models.
• Architect onboarding strategies for thousands of applications, defining standards for connecting authoritative sources and downstream systems via connectors or custom APIs.
• Ensure IAM solutions map directly to corporate risk frameworks, GRC requirements, and external audit standards.
• Establish DevOps practices for IAM deployment, including CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and environment promotion.
• Manage heavy customization and complex workflows if using SailPoint, or configure native analytics and GRC features if using Saviynt.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cyber Security.
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt or SailPoint (IIQ or Identity Cloud) is a must.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture and implementation.
• Deep understanding of RBAC and ABAC models.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
