Senior Cutover Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Align activity scope with stakeholders, including Process Experts, Migration Teams, and responsible plants
• Plan the cutover and communication processes and prepare status tracking tools
• Execute and validate cutover activities for each migration cycle
• Coordinate migration activities, conduct regular status calls, and track progress
• Prepare regular reporting and drive continuous improvement of the cutover plan
• Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation across the organization
• Lead and coach cutover coordinators, performing quality checks and driving performance

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in cutover and migration management
• Strong understanding of data flow implications (horizontal/vertical layers) during migration
• Background with SAP processes, specifically SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to translate requirements into tasks
• Experience establishing automated configuration loads and automated test scripts
• Ability to work on a shifting schedule
