Senior Customs Entry Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage complex import clearances for a large Asia/US eCommerce logistics operation
• Handle customs inspections and resolve shipment exceptions and cargo holds
• Independently run the end-to-end clearance process
• Communicate effectively with customs authorities and logistics partners
• Ensure smooth and compliant cross-border cargo flow in a deadline-driven environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customs brokerage or international trade
• Strong knowledge of local customs procedures and inspection processes
• Proficiency with brokerage systems and compliance tools
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin
• Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a Broker license
