About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor for Tier 1 and Tier 2 enterprise accounts, managing the full customer lifecycle from pre-sale engagement through post-go-live adoption.
- Build and manage multi-year Value Realization Frameworks (VRF) to ensure ROI commitments and KPIs are met and documented.
- Maintain and evolve C-suite executive relationships at the VP, SVP, and C-level to secure iBase-t's position in strategic planning.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and facilitate multi-stakeholder alignment sessions, roadmap workshops, and steering committees.
- Design and lead billable advisory engagements, including value architecture and transformation readiness.
- Identify expansion opportunities and prepare structured frameworks to enable commercial growth within existing accounts.
- Mentor 1–2 Customer Value Partners through structured, account-based coaching.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software customer success, strategic account management, or professional services.
- Deep domain expertise in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) manufacturing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site, multi-business unit enterprise accounts with C-suite engagement.
- Extensive experience building Value Realization Frameworks and formal business cases tied to ROI.
- Ability to operate with full autonomy in a billable advisory model.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel 25–35% for client sites and executive workshops.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced engineering degree.
- Industry certifications such as APICS, Six Sigma Black Belt, or PMP.
