About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to international customer queries via voice support to provide effective resolutions and assistance.
- Update and process customer information accurately within company systems.
- Resolve customer problems in a timely manner while taking ownership of commitments.
- Use clear and simple English to deliver information and solutions during all customer conversations.
- Liaise with internal team members when complex queries cannot be resolved at the first point of contact.
- Maintain a high level of professional integrity, empathy, and respect when dealing with all customers.
Requirements
- Minimum SSC (10th) passed.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Good typing skills meeting process-specific requirements.
- Ability to handle and resolve complex customer calls with a professional mannerism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or a related industry.
- Experience in international voice support roles.
