Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and provide resolutions via international emails and chats
- Update and process information accurately into internal systems
- Resolve customer problems in a timely manner and take ownership of commitments
- Liaise with internal team members when queries cannot be resolved at the first point of contact
- Use clear, simple English to deliver information and solutions effectively
- Maintain a high level of professional integrity, empathy, and respect when dealing with customers
Requirements
- Minimum SSC (10th) passed
- Strong written English communication skills
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and internet navigation
- Good typing skills meeting process-specific requirements
- Ability to handle and resolve complex customer inquiries
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or related industry
- Experience in international customer support via chat or email
