About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for the assigned customer base
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate relevant training for assigned customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Identify and assess customer issues, problems, and opportunities through data analysis
  • Maintain consistent monthly and quarterly customer touchpoints to ensure alignment with company initiatives
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support program enhancements and software solutions
  • Identify current and potential revenue management issues and recommend corrective actions

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of proven account management or B2B sales experience
  • Experience in the HME/DME industry and medical billing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial analysis and direct profit and loss accountability
