About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts to ensure success through up-sells, cross-sells, and renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, program management, and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and manage client roadmaps outlining major milestones, testing initiatives, and expansion opportunities.
- Lead strategic client meetings, including weekly status updates, kick-off calls, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Partner with Customer Success leadership to scale accounts and optimize long-term performance.
- Identify growth opportunities by designing unique strategic plans that exceed quarterly and annual goals.
- Apply deep knowledge of industry trends and Zeta offerings to provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of experience in online advertising, digital media, publisher, or ad-tech industries.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships at all levels of the decision-making process.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead executive-level conversations.
- In-depth knowledge of the complex MarTech landscape.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver with a proactive approach to account growth and optimization.
