About the role

About the Company

At Weave, our mission is to evolve how therapeutic knowledge is captured, transformed, and communicated throughout drug development. We do this by equipping human experts with AI instruments to enable drugs to be brought to patients as rapidly, safely, and inexpensively as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Devise and maintain onboarding and training plans for new organizations and users
  • Provide virtual and in-person training (up to 50% travel)
  • Execute platform customization processes, specifically document templates for AI-generation
  • Establish stage-appropriate processes and systems for Customer Success
  • Act as an account advocate to ensure maximum product value and user reach
  • Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to drive renewals and expansions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success in B2B SaaS
  • Ability to speak the language of drug development and engage with PhD-level professionals
  • Pragmatic understanding of LLMs and AI implementation
  • Strong educator and communicator skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience serving life science, bio, or therapeutics markets
  • Bio education or an advanced degree
