About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships within assigned strategic accounts
- Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating understanding of business needs
- Assist customers with rollout plans, security policies, and integrated SDLC processes
- Onboard application security and development teams to drive adoption
- Create and manage account plans covering the entire customer journey
- Educate customers on the use and benefits of Veracode solutions
- Serve as a customer advocate by reporting feedback to Product Management and Engineering
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify growth and renewal opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Project Management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and activities simultaneously
- Experience supporting strategic relationships with high-profile clients
- Bachelor's degree
