About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture customer accounts through day-to-day communication and online marketing expertise
  • Work closely with customers to hone online marketing strategies and resolve advertiser issues regarding scaling budgets and campaign performance
  • Take full ownership of growing and managing a book of business and developing vertical expertise
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and major partners such as Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok
  • Collaborate with the product development team to maintain a quick feedback loop based on customer needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of paid digital advertising experience (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Google, or programmatic)
  • Proven experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing role
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from our New York City office 3 days a week
  • Proactive problem-solver with a results-driven mentality and ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous knowledge of the Smartly platform or similar advertising technology players
  • Experience using the Smartly platform is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events
