About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of customer onboardings and expansion opportunities by identifying business objectives and technical dependencies
- Serve as a strategic trusted advisor to guide customers through onboarding and drive long-term adoption
- Lead executive and stakeholder business reviews to track KPIs and success metrics
- Proactively monitor customer health, adoption, and usage metrics to resolve issues
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback and advocating for product enhancements
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation Management with Enterprise customers
- AI-native approach to work using AI tools to improve productivity
- Highly customer-centric and relationship-driven mindset
- Strong proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with empathy and clarity
