About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of customer onboardings and expansion opportunities by identifying business objectives and technical dependencies
  • Serve as a strategic trusted advisor to guide customers through onboarding and drive long-term adoption
  • Lead executive and stakeholder business reviews to track KPIs and success metrics
  • Proactively monitor customer health, adoption, and usage metrics to resolve issues
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback and advocating for product enhancements

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation Management with Enterprise customers
  • AI-native approach to work using AI tools to improve productivity
  • Highly customer-centric and relationship-driven mindset
  • Strong proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with empathy and clarity
