Responsibilities

• Act as the orchestrator of the client relationship for a portfolio of brokers of all sizes, ensuring operational coordination and high-quality customer experience.
• Lead steering committees and ensure regular account follow-up.
• Manage the onboarding of new products, including kick-offs, project management, client training, and KPI monitoring.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by deeply understanding client business needs.
• Oversee key operational processes such as debt collection, data follow-ups, cancellations, and product evolutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and take ownership of operational strategies and structuring projects.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the insurance industry (players, functioning, and challenges).
• Ability to manage complex situations and pilot projects from end to end.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Autonomous, structured, and rigorous approach.
• Excellent active listening and relationship-building skills.
• Clear communication skills, both written and oral, for internal and external stakeholders.
