About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own post-sales relationships with a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers
  • Establish critical goals, onboarding plans, and drive regular executive engagement at VP and C-level
  • Promote product adoption through weekly meetings, health checks, and QBRs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Support, Services, and Product teams
  • Identify and mitigate customer risk early to ensure high retention rates
  • Advise customers on best practices and manage expectations to ensure high satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager handling enterprise accounts (20,000+ employees)
  • Proven track record in driving adoption and managing escalations
  • Strong customer-centric approach and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask and adjust priorities
  • Experience with Salesforce and customer success platforms like Totango or Gainsight is a plus
  • Cybersecurity industry experience or understanding of security concepts is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional working proficiency in Italian or Spanish
