About the role
Responsibilities
- Own post-sales relationships with a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers
- Establish critical goals, onboarding plans, and drive regular executive engagement at VP and C-level
- Promote product adoption through weekly meetings, health checks, and QBRs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Support, Services, and Product teams
- Identify and mitigate customer risk early to ensure high retention rates
- Advise customers on best practices and manage expectations to ensure high satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager handling enterprise accounts (20,000+ employees)
- Proven track record in driving adoption and managing escalations
- Strong customer-centric approach and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask and adjust priorities
- Experience with Salesforce and customer success platforms like Totango or Gainsight is a plus
- Cybersecurity industry experience or understanding of security concepts is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional working proficiency in Italian or Spanish
