About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive organization strategy and tactical execution aligning customer conversations to cybersecurity objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in the platform and cybersecurity risk domains
  • Drive retention and expansion within an enterprise portfolio of 15–20 customer relationships
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer value through platform adoption and new use cases
  • Collaborate with CS and Sales leadership to improve the customer journey
  • Represent the voice of the customer in product feedback and service delivery discussions
  • Build and nurture relationships from daily users to C-suite executives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years in account management, customer success, or technical account management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity or third-party risk management practices
  • Strong technical aptitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success expanding relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Experience leading strategic account planning, QBRs, and renewals
  • Experience with upsell/cross-sell initiatives
  • Ability to grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) through consultative management
  • Cyber insurance experience
