About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, including CFOs, Treasurers, and finance executives, to drive product adoption.
  • Guide enterprise treasury customers through critical milestones from onboarding to long-term strategic use.
  • Co-create Value Achievement & Success Plans to align Ripple Treasury solutions with customer business outcomes like cost reduction and liquidity optimization.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including executive business reviews, utilization tracking, and user engagement programs.
  • Act as an internal advocate by partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to relay customer feedback and resolve requests.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive additional value and expansion across the treasury and finance organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of customer success, account management, or enterprise software sales experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or treasury management.
  • Deep understanding of corporate treasury operations, including cash management, FX, liquidity management, and payment workflows.
  • Strong executive presentation and communication skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Proven project management skills and a track record of driving measurable business value in enterprise financial environments.
  • Highly data-driven approach to tracking engagement, health metrics, and customer outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital assets, blockchain-based payments, or emerging fintech infrastructure.
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites and industry events.
