About the role

Responsibilities

  • Autonomously manage a diverse portfolio of advertising clients to scale revenue
  • Provide strategic guidance and actionable insights to optimize ad campaigns
  • Troubleshoot and resolve questions related to campaign delivery and technical issues
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, campaign wrap-up presentations, and regular check-ins
  • Forecast and track key account data for internal projections
  • Share best practices and learnings both internally and externally

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience managing advertising campaigns from the client or publisher side
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients within the North American market
  • Hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing performance-based campaigns
  • Experience with search and social advertising channels
  • Ability to translate complex data analytics into actionable creative and content recommendations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to advise and challenge C-level stakeholders
  • Availability during Quora's coordination hours (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm Pacific Time)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, or Pinterest
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce and Apollo.io
