About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey for strategic accounts from post-signature through adoption and maturity
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact and develop customer success plans aligned with business objectives
  • Lead cadence calls, health reviews, and Executive Business Reviews
  • Monitor customer health using KPIs such as usage, health scores, CSAT, and NPS
  • Proactively identify churn risks and define mitigation plans to ensure seamless renewals
  • Drive deep adoption of AI solutions and guide customers toward advanced use cases and best practices
  • Identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team
  • Mentor junior CSMs and contribute to improvements in processes and tooling

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Customer Success or strategic account management
  • Experience managing complex, enterprise, or highly regulated customers
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage risk, adoption, and customer outcomes
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Customer Success tooling
  • Must be a Saudi national
