About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans aligned with client KPIs
  • Identify untapped opportunities for upsells and cross-sells within existing accounts
  • Act as a consultant on multi-channel programmatic strategies including Display, Video, Social, and CTV
  • Build high-level relationships with executive stakeholders and present QBRs
  • Proactively identify at-risk signals and deploy churn mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within AdTech or Digital Media
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, including DSPs and SSPs
  • Proven track record of managing customer portfolios and exceeding expectations
  • Strong analytical skills to extract narratives from campaign data
  • Experience managing RMG (Real Money Gaming) or iGaming clients is a significant advantage
