About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans aligned with client KPIs
- Identify untapped opportunities for upsells and cross-sells within existing accounts
- Act as a consultant on multi-channel programmatic strategies including Display, Video, Social, and CTV
- Build high-level relationships with executive stakeholders and present QBRs
- Proactively identify at-risk signals and deploy churn mitigation strategies
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within AdTech or Digital Media
- Deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, including DSPs and SSPs
- Proven track record of managing customer portfolios and exceeding expectations
- Strong analytical skills to extract narratives from campaign data
- Experience managing RMG (Real Money Gaming) or iGaming clients is a significant advantage
