About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of high-potential, high-complexity enterprise accounts
  • Drive the full renewal cycle and surface commercial opportunities through value-based conversations
  • Multithread across stakeholders to ensure broad, embedded relationships
  • Develop scalable, repeatable playbooks for success, renewal, and expansion
  • Help shape the GTM tech stack, including choosing and implementing tools
  • Define and refine KPIs and dashboards to track customer success
  • Translate customer insights into product feedback and roadmap influence
  • Collaborate with Sales on account planning and handoffs

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with a track record of owning revenue
  • Enterprise experience navigating complex organizations and long sales cycles
  • Commercially driven mindset with experience in renewals and expansion
  • Builder mindset comfortable with ambiguity and defining motions from scratch
  • Excellent communication skills for executive-level conversations
  • Proficiency with modern GTM tools
  • Ability to work onsite in London 4 days per week
