Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high-potential, high-complexity enterprise accounts
- Drive the full renewal cycle and surface commercial opportunities through value-based conversations
- Multithread across stakeholders to ensure broad, embedded relationships
- Develop scalable, repeatable playbooks for success, renewal, and expansion
- Help shape the GTM tech stack, including choosing and implementing tools
- Define and refine KPIs and dashboards to track customer success
- Translate customer insights into product feedback and roadmap influence
- Collaborate with Sales on account planning and handoffs
Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with a track record of owning revenue
- Enterprise experience navigating complex organizations and long sales cycles
- Commercially driven mindset with experience in renewals and expansion
- Builder mindset comfortable with ambiguity and defining motions from scratch
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level conversations
- Proficiency with modern GTM tools
- Ability to work onsite in London 4 days per week
