Responsibilities

  • Manage the full customer lifecycle from pilot kickoff through implementation, adoption, and renewal
  • Program manage high-stakes pilots and implementations to ensure customer value
  • Work with Engineering to scope and deliver on customer integration requirements
  • Build the CS foundation from 0-to-1 by creating documentation and operating procedures
  • Drive ongoing customer education regarding voice agents and platform features

Requirements

  • Professional experience in B2B customer success, account management, sales engineering, or implementation
  • Enterprise-level freight tech experience managing large broker accounts
  • Experience working in entrepreneurial environments
  • Technical aptitude for requirements gathering and configuration
  • A builder mindset for creating playbooks and processes from scratch
