Responsibilities
- Manage the full customer lifecycle from pilot kickoff through implementation, adoption, and renewal
- Program manage high-stakes pilots and implementations to ensure customer value
- Work with Engineering to scope and deliver on customer integration requirements
- Build the CS foundation from 0-to-1 by creating documentation and operating procedures
- Drive ongoing customer education regarding voice agents and platform features
Requirements
- Professional experience in B2B customer success, account management, sales engineering, or implementation
- Enterprise-level freight tech experience managing large broker accounts
- Experience working in entrepreneurial environments
- Technical aptitude for requirements gathering and configuration
- A builder mindset for creating playbooks and processes from scratch
