About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build durable, multi-threaded relationships across Legal, Legal Ops, IT, Security, Procurement, and executive stakeholders
  • Lead executive-facing value conversations including success plans, QBRs/EBRs, and stakeholder alignment
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer to translate pain into product priorities
  • Define success outcomes, KPIs, adoption targets, and time-to-value milestones
  • Lead customers through AI-enabled workflow transformation and operationalize change
  • Own retention, renewal health, and expansion opportunities
  • Partner with Sales on account strategy and expansion motions
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for complex enterprise accounts
  • Help define best practices for Strategic CS segmentation and engagement models

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise/strategic Customer Success, account management, or client services
  • Proven success owning enterprise relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen regarding renewals, retention, and expansion
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and create structure/frameworks
  • Executive-ready communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and guide AI-enabled workflow adoption
  • Willingness and ability to travel for customer meetings and team onsites

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in early-stage startups
  • Domain exposure to legal, compliance, or regulated enterprise workflows
  • Background in sales, investment banking, legal, consulting, or professional services
  • Experience expanding products into enterprise accounts alongside Sales
