About the role
Responsibilities
- Build durable, multi-threaded relationships across Legal, Legal Ops, IT, Security, Procurement, and executive stakeholders
- Lead executive-facing value conversations including success plans, QBRs/EBRs, and stakeholder alignment
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer to translate pain into product priorities
- Define success outcomes, KPIs, adoption targets, and time-to-value milestones
- Lead customers through AI-enabled workflow transformation and operationalize change
- Own retention, renewal health, and expansion opportunities
- Partner with Sales on account strategy and expansion motions
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for complex enterprise accounts
- Help define best practices for Strategic CS segmentation and engagement models
Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise/strategic Customer Success, account management, or client services
- Proven success owning enterprise relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen regarding renewals, retention, and expansion
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and create structure/frameworks
- Executive-ready communication skills
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and guide AI-enabled workflow adoption
- Willingness and ability to travel for customer meetings and team onsites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in early-stage startups
- Domain exposure to legal, compliance, or regulated enterprise workflows
- Background in sales, investment banking, legal, consulting, or professional services
- Experience expanding products into enterprise accounts alongside Sales
