About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the retention, growth, and satisfaction of a portfolio of customer accounts
- Partner with customers to build out a customer journey to help them reach their business goals
- Build post-implementation programs for enterprise and strategic accounts to ensure strong adoption
- Produce and deliver web-based and in-person training sessions and strategic reviews
- Field phone and email-based support inquiries from customers
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to relay feedback and resolve escalations
- Advocate for innovating Customer Success processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 4-7 years of customer success, account management, and/or commercial real estate experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to senior executives
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience servicing commercial real estate firms, asset managers, private equity, or investment managers
- Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial real estate background
- Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, Asana, Gong, and AI tools
