Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Ensure the retention, growth, and satisfaction of a portfolio of customer accounts
• Partner with customers to build out a customer journey to help them reach their business goals
• Build post-implementation programs for enterprise and strategic accounts to ensure strong adoption
• Produce and deliver web-based and in-person training sessions and strategic reviews
• Field phone and email-based support inquiries from customers
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to relay feedback and resolve escalations
• Advocate for innovating Customer Success processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 4-7 years of customer success, account management, and/or commercial real estate experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to senior executives
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience servicing commercial real estate firms, asset managers, private equity, or investment managers
• Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial real estate background
• Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, Asana, Gong, and AI tools
