About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal for DataCamp’s most strategic, top-tier B2B clients
  • Build proactive success plans and goals to help customers meet data and AI transformation and upskilling objectives
  • Collaborate with sales, learning architects, and product teams to maintain product adoption and grow relationships
  • Strategize and launch learning initiatives such as competitions, custom tracks, and value capture sessions
  • Capture and promote the business value created from DataCamp usage within client organizations
  • Work with product and marketing teams to ensure the voice of the customer influences the product roadmap
  • Elevate conversations across client organizations to evangelize DataCamp and drive meaningful adoption

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience in fields such as consulting, customer success, pre-sales, or account management
  • 2-3 years of specific experience in consulting or customer success domains
  • Proficiency in big data and advanced analytics technology, trends, and the current vendor landscape
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding GRR and NRR targets
  • Experience using Salesforce to identify risks, document growth opportunities, and manage renewals
