About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their business needs and technical requirements
  • Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure alignment of goals
  • Provide technical guidance and support for the implementation and optimization of cloud-based AI, ML, and Kubernetes solutions
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and report on customer progress and ROI
  • Coordinate with product and engineering teams to define customer journeys and identify opportunities
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to customers on product use and benefits
  • Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Develop case studies to highlight customer successes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer success or technical account management in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong technical foundation in cloud computing, AI, and ML technologies
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous or iterative fact-sets
