About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their business needs and technical requirements
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure alignment of goals
- Provide technical guidance and support for the implementation and optimization of cloud-based AI, ML, and Kubernetes solutions
- Conduct regular performance reviews and report on customer progress and ROI
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to define customer journeys and identify opportunities
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to customers on product use and benefits
- Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Develop case studies to highlight customer successes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer success or technical account management in a technology-driven environment
- Strong technical foundation in cloud computing, AI, and ML technologies
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous or iterative fact-sets
