Senior Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Own complex accounts through the entire customer journey, managing executive relationships and operational details from launch through renewal and expansion
• Act as a strategic advisor on agentic AI to C-suite and operating leaders to transform patient care experiences
• Diagnose and solve problems using data to identify risks, opportunities, and ROI drivers
• Serve as the voice of the customer by partnering with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams
• Build scalable systems, playbooks, and processes to support rapid company growth
• Travel to client sites up to 25%

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or related)
• Experience managing enterprise-level accounts with significant ACV in multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong project management abilities and executive presence
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or early-stage startups
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with health system leadership or MSOs
• Experience supporting healthcare providers or healthcare technology products
• Experience managing complex EHR integrations (Epic, Athena, eCW, etc.)
• Passion for healthcare innovation
