About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer outcomes and product adoption across a portfolio of Enterprise customers
  • Partner with Sales to mitigate client risk and drive expansion motions
  • Lead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions for complex products
  • Develop long-term technical roadmaps and lead solution design for complex use cases
  • Conduct regular check-ins, usage reviews, and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
  • Capture customer feedback to influence the product roadmap
  • Manage customer issues proactively and coordinate cross-functional resolution
  • Mentor other CSMs by sharing best practices and coaching new hires

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering in SaaS
  • Experience in mobile, ad tech, or martech preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and technical roadmaps
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Athena, BigQuery, or Looker
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executive audiences
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to drive workflow efficiency
  • Ability to travel up to 33% for customer and internal onsite visits

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience in SaaS marketing, attribution, or digital advertising
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL
  • Experience with SDKs and APIs
  • Experience leading product beta programs and developing rollout playbooks
