About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to focus on onboarding, increasing user adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on best practices and technical implementation within the Dataiku platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business use cases to guide successful outcomes with AI/ML and Gen AI.
  • Execute product demonstrations and conduct hands-on workshops in collaboration with Sales Engineers.
  • Establish regular touchpoints to advise users on specific business needs and provide hands-on technical support.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to identify expansion opportunities for software and professional services.
  • Document adoption status and key information to inform internal forecasting and renewals.
  • Identify technical blockers and coach administrators to resolve issues through proper support channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, post-sales technical delivery, or data science.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
  • Experience with data storage and computing infrastructure (e.g., SQL, Kubernetes).
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dataiku advanced designer certification.
  • Snowflake SnowPro Core or Databricks Business Analyst certifications.
  • Experience building and operating communities of practice.
  • Experience in Analytics/AI or other enterprise software environments.
