Senior Customer Success Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on AI agents and applications for internal workflows and customer-facing experiences
• Scope and prioritize high-leverage development opportunities
• Define success metrics and use data to validate tool adoption and outcomes
• Own technical decisions including LLM selection, orchestration frameworks, and writing maintainable code
• Partner with DevOps and Security to ensure reliable, compliant, and production-grade deployments
• Collaborate with CS leadership to translate pain points into high-impact solutions
• Drive adoption through demos, training, and documentation

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of software engineering experience with production systems
• Proficiency in Python or another modern language
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to reason about cost-to-serve, efficiency, and ROI

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Salesforce experience including Apex, Flow, or Salesforce APIs
• Experience using AI coding assistants to accelerate development
