About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and transformation partner for enterprise customers within the Public Sector vertical.
- Own and nurture relationships with C-suite executives (CFO, CIO, CHRO, CDO) to align Anaplan's capabilities with their strategic priorities.
- Lead outcome-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to articulate business value and influence renewal and expansion decisions.
- Drive measurable ROI and platform adoption by developing customer success plans and monitoring platform usage.
- Advise customers on establishing Centers of Excellence (CoE) and governance structures to foster self-sufficiency.
- Identify and drive platform expansion opportunities, including AI use cases across Finance, Supply Chain, and Workforce functions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partners to develop pipeline and mitigate renewal risks to ensure high retention and NRR.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal Product and Support teams to advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Presales, or Management Consulting.
- Proven track record of driving renewals and commercial expansion within enterprise accounts.
- Deep subject matter expertise in either FP&A or Supply Chain Planning.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Planning & Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Supply Chain.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative, value-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or CA designation.
- Experience working specifically within the Public Sector vertical.
- Ability to translate complex technical platform and AI capabilities into clear business value.
