Senior Customer Success Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, providing guidance on data architecture, taxonomy design, and instrumentation.
• Master Amplitude products and AI agent workflows to provide strategic consultation on data governance and digital optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to streamline internal processes and improve the customer data management experience.
• Gather and report customer insights and trends to optimize business processes, documentation, and services.
• Embed AI into day-to-day workflows to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with a proven track record of engaging enterprise accounts.
• Proficiency in programming languages and concepts such as SQL, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern web/mobile development.
• Excellent technical presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with SaaS solutions.
• Ability to travel occasionally (typically once per quarter) depending on customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in product analytics, digital marketing, A/B testing, or business intelligence.
• Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), data warehouses, or data pipelines.
• Familiarity with integration partners and complex tech stacks.
