About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary delivery lead for strategic enterprise customers to accelerate value realization across Microsoft's Digital Cloud platforms.
  • Support foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to enable quality solution delivery.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable plans using Microsoft’s cloud and enterprise solutions.
  • Align Customer Success Plans (CSPs) with account plan priorities and develop bookable programs of work.
  • Lead program planning, customer-facing program reviews, and prioritization of engagements to address customer outcomes.
  • Track adoption and usage of Microsoft products to meet consumption milestones and identify opportunities for improved retention.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or consulting OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, or portfolio management.
  • Expertise in Cloud and IT Service Management.
  • Strong project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience (for Master's holders) or 8+ years of experience (for Bachelor's holders) in relevant customer-facing roles.
  • Relevant industry experience within the customer's specific sector.
  • Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in technologies such as Azure or Microsoft 365.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
