Senior Customer Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development, authoring, and budgeting to create market access and commercialization solutions.
• Facilitate strategy discussions to drive the development of client-specific, competitive, and profitable solutions.
• Research leads and sponsors, leveraging public sources and subscription databases to position Parexel solutions effectively.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop account strategies and expand client relationships.
• Manage business development activities, including tracking New Business Awards (NBA) and ensuring timely system updates.
• Prepare budgets and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in collaboration with leadership and finance teams.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and product pipelines to identify future business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in market access or a life sciences service consultancy/agency.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Strong ability to conduct desk research and synthesize complex findings.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex matrix environment and build cross-functional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of product development or drug development processes (bench to patient).
