Senior Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end order entry and fulfillment processes for key, high-value, or complex customer accounts.
• Review, validate, and process order requests in compliance with business guidelines and system workflows.
• Maintain deep knowledge of business products, applications, and service offerings to provide accurate solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships to understand needs and gather market intelligence.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to meet functional objectives and service levels.
• Act as a focal point for key systems and tools, proactively identifying process improvements.
• Support less experienced specialists and manage medium-complexity projects within the function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of professional experience in similar customer service or order management roles.
• Proficiency in SAP MM/SD modules.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
• Solid knowledge of Export processes and Incoterms.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Letters of Credit.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• High level of business process acumen.
