Senior Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer requests, including parts clarification and routing via shared inboxes
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and portals within established timeframes
• Create and communicate offers and process RFQs using ERP systems and customer portals
• Coordinate with engineering to establish part/component identification and create new part numbers in ERP
• Communicate with outside suppliers to obtain pricing and lead times
• Interface with the parts warehouse and GEA factories regarding internal purchase orders and deliveries
• Initiate new customer account setups within online portals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience in order processing and inside sales for industrial customers
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of the industrial refrigeration industry
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Basic knowledge of E-Commerce platforms
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
