Senior Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and expedite critical orders to ensure high-quality service.
• Provide support for quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, and invoicing.
• Resolve discrepancies, customer credit problems, and returns effectively.
• Investigate and participate in opportunities to improve internal processes and key performance metrics.
• Maintain and update electronic and hard copy records accurately.
• Ensure customer claims and complaints are resolved in accordance with consumer laws and company standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of related customer service experience.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with email and phone systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time to meet priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in more than one language.
