About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process and follow up on customer export and import shipments efficiently and accurately
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer queries and requirements
  • Monitor shipment status and perform track and trace activities through to delivery
  • Handle full sets of shipping documentation timely and accurately until files are closed
  • Assist with processing price quotes and rate negotiations
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare complete and timely periodic reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding industry
  • Expertise in managing shipping documentation
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Proven experience in shipment tracking and tracing
