About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and follow up on customer export and import shipments efficiently and accurately
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer queries and requirements
- Monitor shipment status and perform track and trace activities through to delivery
- Handle full sets of shipping documentation timely and accurately until files are closed
- Assist with processing price quotes and rate negotiations
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare complete and timely periodic reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding industry
- Expertise in managing shipping documentation
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Proven experience in shipment tracking and tracing
