About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to client VIPs and senior-level end users
  • Perform complex troubleshooting, installation, and repair of PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers
  • Manage, deploy, track, and secure IT assets
  • Execute Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities and desk-side support
  • Respond to change management requests and proactively recommend process improvements
  • Communicate repair status and arrival times to end-users and service desk personnel
  • Provide after-hours support and remain on stand-by as required

Requirements

  • Technical school certification or 4-7 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in hardware technology and configurations
  • Experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
