Senior Customer Onboarding Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding experience for newly-signed customers, ensuring a seamless and strategic transition to the Smartly platform.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Smartly.io's products, communicating capabilities and implementing solutions for new customer needs.
• Curate and execute effective onboarding plans that drive early value and product adoption.
• Manage communications with customers across various channels, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business goals.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure all sales promises are met.
• Take full ownership of technical execution, including account setup, reporting views, and workflow automation via feeds.
• Deliver comprehensive platform training tailored to specific client challenges and needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of digital experience, ideally with exposure to paid social (Meta) and programmatic media buying.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
• Proficiency in Google Slides for creating impactful presentations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
