Senior Customer Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Produce diverse visual content including print, social media graphics, videos, infographics, and presentations
• Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and uphold high-quality standards
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion within tight deadlines
• Work with marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
• Enhance web page layouts and digital content for better user engagement and usability
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating new techniques and AI-enabled tools

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in creative roles with a strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong artistic, technical, and communication skills
