About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage key strategic customer accounts to drive benchmark satisfaction levels.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Pratt & Whitney Canada regarding maintenance activities.
- Establish service levels and manage suppliers and repair facilities to meet customer expectations.
- Oversee strategic and contractual management of assigned customer accounts.
- Drive action items to achieve strategic objectives and manage contract financial performance.
- Resolve difficult technical challenges across multiple complex engine models.
- Provide direct support to customers and executives during high-visibility events.
- Develop coordinated solutions across multiple business units to exceed customer requirements.
- Provide strategic regional support for all turboshaft and helicopter-related programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 10 years of customer account or program experience within the aerospace industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex maintenance programs and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of the commercial and contractual aspects of maintenance agreements.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, including on short notice, and support global time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or MBA.
- Deep technical knowledge of Aerospace and Aero Engine systems.
