Senior Customer Lifecycle Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytical projects to translate complex business problems into actionable customer lifecycle strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust reporting suites and interactive dashboards for visibility into customer lifetime value, engagement, and churn.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify key drivers of customer retention and establish measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to engineer features and translate AI model outputs into business recommendations.
• Leverage generative AI and analytics automation tools to streamline reporting workflows and accelerate data exploration.
• Mentor junior analysts through technical guidance, peer code reviews, and process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics).
• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related analytical field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis using Python or R.
• Experience with data engineering and dimensional modeling in Snowflake or Databricks.
• Expertise in designing high-impact interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, or Data Science.
• Prior domain experience in customer lifecycle analytics, customer experience (CX), finance, or marketing analytics.
• Practical AI literacy and experience using AI-assisted development tools to optimize workflows.
