Senior Customer Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations, from initial sales engagement through post-deployment validation.
• Work directly within the product codebase to submit PRs, test, and ship customer-specific solutions.
• Build and document reusable patterns, playbooks, and implementation strategies to accelerate future engagements.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable product feedback to influence the engineering roadmap.
• Establish an AI-native engineering workflow, utilizing AI tools for writing, testing, and debugging code.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering as a trusted technical voice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical engagements.
• Proven track record of shipping software in customer-facing contexts.
• Ability to architect reusable solutions and navigate complex, unfamiliar codebases.
• Proficiency with event schemas, data pipelines, APIs, and SDKs.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Python, Node.js, and AWS.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
