Senior Customer Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Strategic customers to ensure tangible value from Maven’s platform.
• Lead efficient, data-informed onboarding engagements customized to complex enterprise workflows.
• Drive platform adoption and identify opportunities to scale usage and expand into new use cases.
• Act as a strategic advisor on AI best practices to optimize human and AI-generated responses.
• Analyze product usage and quality data to guide continuous product improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to translate customer needs into product outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or CX leadership roles.
• Experience in SaaS or AI-enabled platforms.
• Proven track record managing technical and strategic stakeholders within Fortune 100 clients.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI/ML, LLMs, or enterprise automation tools.
• Experience navigating AI quality, prompt tuning, or training data workflows.
