About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a lobby leader to ensure customers are appropriately triaged and assisted
- Contribute to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities, such as opening accounts and processing GICs
- Build and nurture long-standing customer relationships through meaningful conversation
- Serve as a technology expert by introducing clients to mobile banking applications and digital self-service options
- Uncover and solve customer needs by explaining complicated financial concepts simply
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach
- Experience conducting simple sales and proactive marketing calls
- Technical proficiency to promote and demonstrate digital banking tools
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Previous banking experience is considered a strong asset
