Senior Customer Custodian - Quality Management Customer

Responsibilities

• Manage specific customers by communicating, engaging, and resolving quality issues for PS-IN products
• Conduct system-level investigations to find root causes for quality issues and report on 0-km and field issues
• Monitor customer perception and define actions for customer satisfaction
• Conduct PHA/Line walks for new customer projects
• Evaluate and manage customer requirements post-approval and implement them through plant quality
• Execute innovation topics through collaboration with external suppliers
• Collaborate with various departments on special projects to reduce complaints and liquidate inventories
• Ensure readiness for internal quality audits and resolve escalations or non-compliance cases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Mechatronics engineering
• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Competent knowledge in IC Engines, Vehicle Fuel Injection Systems, and Exhaust Gas Treatment (EGT)
• Strong understanding of automotive products, manufacturing quality, and quality systems/methods
• Knowledge of digitalization tools and risk estimation tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
