Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience end-to-end for quotations and sales orders
- Act as a trusted advisor navigating product specifications, pricing, and availability
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding orders, expedites, and RMA/credit requests
- Serve as a primary point of contact for quality and service issues
- Handle inbound phone, chat, and case management workflows
- Leverage ERP and case management tools to drive first-contact resolution
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements
- Act as a subject matter expert for teammates
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer support, customer operations, or order management
- Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to navigate technical product discussions regarding specifications and configurations
- Exceptional professional communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with ERP or ticketing systems
